Day 3- Quit smoking using the patch

So I quit smoking on New Years Day and started with the patch Step 1. I was reading the information papers and it was saying to use step 1 for 6 weeks then down to step 2 for two weeks and then to step 3 for two weeks. Does anyone know if you have to do step 1 for that long? Or can you do each step for 2 weeks? I am feeling pretty good about my quitting and want to make sure I do this completely... Read more
